Skin-safe fiber chemistry
Every SkinTex® 2.0 garment is OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified — independently tested for over 1,000 harmful substances. No detectable phthalates, no AZO dyes, no PFAS.
A clinical garment cannot compromise on safety. So our sustainability decisions are made under the same medical-device standard that governs how we cut and sew.

OEKO-TEX® · SANITIZED® · LYCRA® COOLINGSustainability for a clinical garment is not a marketing layer — it’s a manufacturing decision. Every choice about fiber, dye, packaging and end-of-life is made under the same medical-device standard that governs how we cut, sew and inspect.
Every SkinTex® 2.0 garment is OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified — independently tested for over 1,000 harmful substances. No detectable phthalates, no AZO dyes, no PFAS.
Sanitized® treatment uses non-leaching active ingredients embedded in the fiber — no silver nanoparticles, no biocide release into water. Effective for the full garment lifespan.
Cut, sewn, finished, inspected and shipped from one ISO 13485 facility in Alpharetta, GA. No outsourced links. Zero international air freight on the manufacturing side.
We replace at 42 days because compression has measurably dropped. Retired garments come back through our take-back program — fiber is downcycled into industrial insulation.
Three external bodies test our garments before they reach a clinic. None of them are paid by us. All certifications are renewed annually.
Tested for harmful substancesEvery component — fabric, thread, closures, dye — is tested annually for over 1,000 harmful substances. Our garments hold Product Class I certification, the strictest level: safe for baby skin and for direct contact on damaged or healing tissue.
Antimicrobial protectionNon-leaching antimicrobial treatment built into the fiber at production — no biocide migration into water or skin. Independently tested against bacterial growth, odor and material degradation over a 60-wash cycle.
Thermal regulationMineral-based cooling additive co-developed with The LYCRA Company. Lowers skin-contact temperature by up to 2°C in clinical use without active cooling — reducing perspiration buildup and the friction that drives post-op skin irritation.
