Engineered, not styled
Every seam, panel and closure exists because a surgeon or patient asked for it. If it doesn’t earn its place clinically, it doesn’t ship.
Fourteen years building one product family: medical compression worn every day, by patients who deserve quiet, dignified recovery.
MED CLINICAL™ · ALPHARETTA, GA · EST. 2011MED was born from a simple conviction: post-surgical recovery deserves the same engineering rigor as the procedures that precede it.
For fourteen years our textile engineers, surgeons and dermatologists have refined a single product family — medical compression garments that hold their shape, breathe under fabric, and disappear under clothing.
We don’t make shapewear. We make a clinical device worn next to skin for eight, ten, sixteen hours a day — and we judge it by how little our patients think about it.
A team of three textile engineers and one plastic surgeon set out to engineer the first generation of fiber-controlled compression.
Our first multidirectional Lycra® weave is validated in partnership with three teaching hospitals in Colombia and Spain.
Production lines achieve full medical-device compliance. From this point on, every garment is traced from yarn to clinic.
Patented yarn structure that releases heat under tension — extending wear from 6 to 12+ hours without dermatitis.
MED garments are prescribed across Latin America, Europe, the Middle East and East Asia.
Second-generation fiber. Lighter, cooler, with a 23% improvement in compliance over 6-week recovery windows.

Every garment is cut, assembled and inspected in a single facility under ISO 13485. No outsourced links in the chain.
Every seam, panel and closure exists because a surgeon or patient asked for it. If it doesn’t earn its place clinically, it doesn’t ship.
Our garments are tested for the 10th hour, not the photograph. Heat, friction, sweat, sleep — these are the conditions we design for.
Closures, panels and edges disappear under daily wear. Compliance doubles when the patient is not reminded of the device.
We design recovery as a private, dignified phase of life — not a hospital experience. Color, fit and touch carry that promise.
MED is built by a cross-disciplinary team. No textile decision is made without a surgeon in the room. No fit decision is made without a patient in the room.
Stitch density, closure tension, panel grain direction — these are the things our team obsesses over. The fabric is where our values become physical.
