If you are not satisfied, eligible items may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase.
01Eligibility criteria
To qualify for an exchange, items must be:
- New, unused, and unopened
- In original packaging with mesh bag intact
- Free from odors, stains, pet hair, or any damage
- Requested within 14 days of delivery
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered will not be accepted.
02How to request
- Contact our Customer Service team with order number
- Receive exchange instructions and RMA number by email
- Ship the item back using a trackable method
- We confirm receipt and ship the replacement within 3 business days
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a trackable carrier — MED is not responsible for lost return shipments.
03Non-exchangeable
Due to hygiene and regulatory standards, the following cannot be exchanged:
- Garments removed from sealed packaging
- Garments worn, washed, or fitted
- Custom-sized garments (made-to-measure orders)
- Items requested after the 14-day window
04Manufacturing defects
If your item has a defect:
- Contact us before use with photos of the defect
- Report within 30 days of delivery
- We review the case and provide a free replacement
After 30 days, defective items qualify for a 50% replacement credit.
