We stand behind every garment we ship.

MED garments are clinical devices. Hygiene and regulatory standards limit what we can exchange, but manufacturing defects are always our responsibility — and our team will always answer the phone.

Exchange policy

Eligibility & process.

If you are not satisfied, eligible items may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase.

Eligibility criteria

To qualify for an exchange, items must be:

  • New, unused, and unopened
  • In original packaging with mesh bag intact
  • Free from odors, stains, pet hair, or any damage
  • Requested within 14 days of delivery

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered will not be accepted.

How to request

  1. Contact our Customer Service team with order number
  2. Receive exchange instructions and RMA number by email
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable method
  4. We confirm receipt and ship the replacement within 3 business days

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a trackable carrier — MED is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Non-exchangeable

Due to hygiene and regulatory standards, the following cannot be exchanged:

  • Garments removed from sealed packaging
  • Garments worn, washed, or fitted
  • Custom-sized garments (made-to-measure orders)
  • Items requested after the 14-day window

Manufacturing defects

If your item has a defect:

  • Contact us before use with photos of the defect
  • Report within 30 days of delivery
  • We review the case and provide a free replacement

After 30 days, defective items qualify for a 50% replacement credit.

Shipping policy

Order processing & delivery.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, subject to product availability. Custom-sized orders ship within 14 calendar days from order confirmation.

U.S. shipping

Free shipping on all U.S. orders. Carriers: UPS or FedEx. Tracking number sent at dispatch.

International shipping

Premium international shipping with tracking via UPS or FedEx. Available to 23 countries. Customers are responsible for any import duties or local taxes.

Shipping privacy

MED protects your personal information throughout the shipping process. Patient and order data are never sold or shared beyond the carriers required for delivery.

  • We do not offer refunds or direct returns — exchanges and credit only.
  • MED is not responsible for lost return shipments. Use a trackable shipping method.
  • All policies above apply to direct purchases. Items purchased through a distributor follow that distributor’s local policy — contact the point of sale.
